This is a remote position open to candidates based in Europe who are legally authorized to work in their country of residence. We're specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience creating performance-driven ads. The Role: This role is ideal for someone who loves developing creative strategies, spotting trends before they become mainstream and building systems that consistently generate winning creatives (static + video). Youll lead a team of video editors and creators who will execute and scale the creative vision you define. Product and Marketing teams to support business objectives
Meta, TikTok, Applovin, etc.
5+ years in Creative Production, Creative Strategy or Performance Creative
~ Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok creative ecosystems
~ Ability to combine creative thinking with performance-driven decision making
