This role is crucial for performing demonstrations, conducting instrument installations, solving customers' clinical application problems, providing essential training for our customers, and offering technical application support to Sales Representatives. This position reports to the Manager Field Application Microbiology Iberia and is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology working remotely to cover Center Area of Spain.
Perform demonstrations, conduct instrument installations, and provide essential training for customers.
Solve customers' clinical application problems and provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives.
Work closely with the regional/local team to protect, maintain, and grow company business by effectively supporting the installed base.
Drive the continuous improvement of activities and processes which add value to the customer and business, monitoring customer satisfaction targets.




Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or equivalent.
~Fluent in English speaking and writing.
~ Valid driver's license.

Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory/region, including overnight stays as required.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
