We are looking for a highly motivated Data Foundation & Connectivity Manager to help shape JTI's consumer and customer data foundations. This is a business-led data role focused on improving transparency, connectivity, ownership and scalability across consumer and customer data flows.
The role bridges business needs and technology delivery by defining the business view of end-to-end data flows, connectivity requirements, ownership interfaces and operating model needs. Technical solution design, build and implementation remain with D⁢ delivery teams.
Define business data foundation and connectivity principles for consumer and customer data capabilities.

~ Build transparency of end-to-end consumer and customer data flows, including dependencies, ownership gaps and risks.

~ Coordinate alignment across Consumer Office, Digital & Data, D⁢ and business stakeholders on ownership, requirements and dependencies.





~ Support definition of data ownership, stewardship, accountability models and escalation paths.

~ Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve the consumer and customer data landscape.

Minimum 4 years in Data, Digital, Analytics, Consulting or Transformation roles.

~ Experience working across complex enterprise data ecosystems.

~ Experience defining data operating models, connectivity approaches, governance frameworks, business data requirements or integration strategies.

~ Ability to translate business priorities into clear data requirements and operating model inputs.

~ Experience in consumer, customer, CRM, CDP or digital ecosystems preferred.

~ Fluent English, written and spoken.

High exposure to strategic data foundations, Consumer360 and general consumer data transformation, with the opportunity to create clarity in a complex and evolving consumer data landscape.
