* System Administration & Monitoring:
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments, focusing on Windows Server.
Maintenance & Budget Management:
* Support and management of maintenance contracts (SLA) and budget planning for the ongoing operation of the Windows Server infrastructure.
*Incident management and root cause analysis in close collaboration with end-users.
*Support to establish industry standards, and quality assurance regulations.
