To support this mission, we are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to help us accelerate our commercial expansion and shape the future of our sales organisation by driving the entire sales process – from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. About the Role This isnt a traditional Account Executive role. Were looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, not simply selling software.
Youll own the full sales cycle - from building your own pipeline to closing strategic opportunities - working closely with senior decision-makers across medium and enterprise businesses. Youll play an active role in helping us build the next generation of our commercial organisation,



contributing not only to revenue growth but also to our sales methodology, messaging and go-to-market strategy. What Youll Do Drive New Business * Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
Run consultative discovery sessions to understand operational, financial and commercial challenges.
Execute World-Class Sales
Lead commercial negotiations and procurement processes.
Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within HubSpot.
Contribute Beyond Sales
Work closely with Product, Merchant Growth and Partnerships to continuously improve customer experience.
Help shape the companys commercial playbook and sales methodology as we continue to scale. 2+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales.
