The Camp Manager is responsible for the effective day‑to‑day management of C4's staff accommodation facilities, office administration and supporting operational systems in Luena, Moxico Province, Angola.

The role combines two important functions: ensuring that the staff compound operates as a clean, safe, organised and professionally managed living environment, while also providing strong administrative coordination to support the wider project team.

The Camp Manager will oversee accommodation, housekeeping, catering, facilities, procurement, stock control, local suppliers, staff logistics and general office administration. The role will establish and maintain practical systems that ensure routine operational requirements are anticipated and managed efficiently, reducing the need for senior management to intervene in day‑to‑day administrative and camp matters.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in hospitality, lodge, camp or remote‑site management combined with strong administrative and organisational capability. They should be comfortable managing support staff,



coordinating multiple operational functions, maintaining records and controls, working with suppliers and ensuring that agreed standards are consistently maintained.

This is a hands‑on management role requiring initiative, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues before they disrupt the project team.

1. Camp, Accommodation and Facilities Management
- Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Luena staff accommodation facilities and associated communal areas.
- Ensure accommodation facilities are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, safety and functionality.
- Manage room allocations for incoming and departing personnel in coordination with People & Culture and project management.
