Customer Support Agent (French and Italian speaker)

We are looking for a French and Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our customer support team serving travel agencies across the French and Italian markets. In this role, you will provide first-level support to travel agencies using the Amadeus GDS system and related products. You will assist customers through phone, live chat, and portal-based cases, helping resolve queries efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Amadeus customers, mainly travel agencies, providing product and solution support by phone, email, the Amadeus Customer Portal, and remote tools.
- Understand customer needs quickly and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner, applying workarounds when necessary to minimize service disruption.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Collaborate with colleagues, senior team members, and stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience.




- Escalate service-impacting issues and keep management informed when customer satisfaction or service quality may be affected.

About the Adecuado Candidate
- Hands-on experience using at least one Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of reservations, fares, ticketing, and travel-related workflows will be highly valued.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Professional proficiency in French and Italian is required.
