Strong understanding of Scrum principles and experience facilitating core ceremonies. Hands-on experience managing workflows and backlogs in Jira. Ability to manage team capacity, prepare sprint planning inputs, and monitor delivery execution.

Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Refinements. Clear blockers affecting team progress, such as access requests, test users, bug follow-ups, and cross-team dependencies. Keep Jira tickets updated, prioritized, and aligned with dependencies to maintain delivery governance.

Participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team dependencies and contribute to process improvements. Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities to support Agile adoption and continuous improvement. Proactive attitude and ownership with a focus on team performance and outcomes.
