You will bring design inspiration and thought leadership to our clients and our creative teams, setting the long-term creative vision and strategies, and driving delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions for all engagements.
You will develop and implement creative solutions and approaches in various creative projects, overseeing them to completion, while creative growing the next wave of creative leaders in Design Studios. In partnership with the Design Studios regional/global leadership team, you will develop and deliver our creative service offering,



helping to drive innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.
You will also effectively balance creativity and business needs — providing clear direction, guidance, and feedback to influence and lead teams to drive impact and deliver excellence on budget and schedule.
