Since 2009, weve delivered 20,000+ projects and supported 100+ clients in building sustainable revenue through affiliate channels. We're looking for an experienced Middle+ Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team in Palma. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable applications and database systems, are comfortable and experienced using AI-tools in an AI-based development environment and ask the right questions to secure quality. Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL, and Laravel
Design and optimize database schemas and queries




Improve application performance, security, and scalability
Contribute to planning, architecture decisions, and documentation
5+ years as a developer or DevOps engineer
Strong experience with PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL, and modern backend frameworks
Comfortable with JavaScript (vanilla; React or Vue.js is a plus)
Experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu) and version control (Git)
Experience in efficiently using AI development tools and quality control
