Responsibilities
- Provide insights into monthly performance of the organization to support consolidation of the Regional financial statement and governance towards the Headquarter.
- Coordinate yearly budget and monthly forecast process for Service organization.
- Actively participate in relevant governance meetings to ensure common understanding of performance and actions points.
- Support Service management in maximizing business opportunities (i.e. support business cases, improvement initiatives).
- Business partner to Regional functions (Service Supply Chain), focusing on financial analysis and insights to drive performance.
- Drive financial processes improvement and standardization in the region.
- Ad-hoc financial reports/analysis as required by the business.

Qualifications
- University degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project cost control, financial analysis, and business performance management, ideally within multinational organizations.
- Solid accounting knowledge.



Experience with the percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting method is a plus.
- Proficient in SAP, SAP BI, and/or SAP HANA; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
