Shine in Madrid, Porto or Berlin is seeking a Senior People Programs Manager who will own and develop strategic People programs with a strong focus on Total Rewards. You will translate complex People topics into practical tools, lead cross-functional programs with PBPs, People Services and Talent Acquisition, and use AI to research and improve processes.
The role offers a hybrid work model, three days in-office and two days remote, with travel across Europe.
