Experteer Overview
In this role you will help scale our French market for an AI-powered voice SaaS. You’ll work closely with the founding account executive and HQ to drive growth, run product demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will collaborate with marketing and product to tailor localization and market positioning, support onboarding and retention, and relay customer insights to HQ. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial position with high ownership and clear impact on international expansion.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Scale the French market with the Founding Account Executive
• Run demos and discovery calls with SMB clients
• Manage inbound, outbound, and product-trial leads
• Build relationships with local French businesses
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with founders, marketing, and product to improve localization and market positioning
• Support onboarding and customer success for adoption and retention




• Share customer and market feedback with HQ
• Help optimize and scale the French sales motion

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development
• Native-level French and strong English communication
• Strong commercial mindset and closing mentality
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team
• Interest in SaaS, AI, and technology-driven products
• Entrepreneurial and proactive personality
