What you'll do




You'll develop the Portuguese market by combining remote prospecting from Madrid with periodic on-site visits to Portugal at the key stages of the sales cycle.Day to day, you will:
- Segment and analyse the Portuguese market to identify high-potential sectors and target client profiles.
- Research and qualify new prospects remotely (web, LinkedIn and market-intelligence tools).
- Proactively reach out by phone, email and video to identify needs and generate qualified opportunities.
- Represent the company at selected trade fairs and industry events, and carry out periodic in-person visits to clients and prospects in Portugal.
- Design tailor-made logistics and e-commerce solutions, negotiating rates, terms, transit times and integrations.
- Manage and grow your portfolio, coordinating with Operations and Customer Service, and keep the CRM up to

We're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in client prospecting and business development.
- Portuguese C1 or higher and fluent English (B2 or higher).Spanish
