As the Community Marketing Lead, you will design and execute localized marketing strategies that connect partners, expand brand presence, and attract new guests in Spain, Italy, and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage store openings, market entries, and ambassador programs, driving brand equity and wellbeing-focused community engagement. This role offers influence over regional partnerships and experiential campaigns that align with lululemon’s mission to foster movement and connection.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead quarterly community programming with local fitness partners and events across key markets
• Own boutique partnerships with gyms, studios, run clubs, and malls to grow awareness and seed products
• Project-manage 360-marketing for New Store Openings and New Market Entry with cross-functional collaboration
• Coach store teams through strategy sessions to deliver brand marketing objectives in Spain u0026 Italy




• Oversee Local Ambassador pipeline and approval processes
• Act as the regional liaison for strategic insights on Spain u0026 Italy market
• Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders, ambassadors, gyms, studios, and athletes
• Manage strategic materials, budgets, and reporting tools for marketing initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing and events (sports marketing experience preferred)
• Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish (proficiency in both is a plus)
• Proven track record in creating effective marketing plans with measurable results
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Existing network within the wellbeing and fitness community is preferred
