Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Talent Management team is looking for an Associate Director & Talent Partner to join its team
The Associate Director of Talent Management will contribute to the design and implementation of the talent management programs aimed at developing and engaging high performing staff according to IE´s mission and values. They will also carry out a function as Talent Partner, being the direct point of contact for the international teams and the commercial areas of the business for the recruiting, learning & development and performance management processes.
