As part of the opening of our new boutique in Puerto Banús, AQUAZZURA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate with a strong passion for luxury retail and client service excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the boutique’s performance, delivering exceptional and personalized client experiences, cultivating long-term relationships with high-end clients, and acting as a role model for the team while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.





Client and Business oriented

Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
Play an active role on the sales floor;
Support the team in sales and procedures
Build up a loyal Clientele;
Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors’ trading activities.
Constantly improve quality of the services, meet and exceed customer expectations.

Operations

Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with the Company’s standards.
Be involved in the Stock maintenance and Inventory;
Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor;
Maintain merchandising standards.
