We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner & Country Leader to join our team for an 8month maternity leave cover. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning people’s initiatives with organizational goals while enhancing employee engagement and driving operational excellence. You will provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, employee experience, and compliance across our Iberia organization,

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and retention by implementing people strategies, analyzing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Performance Management: Guide performance management processes through data-driven insights, employee development, and workforce planning in partnership with Talent Management
- Talent Development: Strengthen organizational capabilities by managing talent pipelines, supporting succession planning, and partnering on learning and development initiatives
- Organizational Development: Support organizational design and restructuring efforts to optimize efficiency and align teams with business objectives
