Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Operations & Administrative Intern to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Management team,



this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all F&B; outlets while developing a strong understanding of the administrative and commercial aspects of hotel operations.
This position is adecuado for someone looking to build a well-rounded career in Food & Beverage by combining operational exposure with administrative responsibilities. More specifically:

Administrative & Management Support
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team in their day-to-day activities.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Help maintain and update menus, product information, pricing, and POS systems.
- Assist with departmental documentation, procedures, and internal communications.
- Support the preparation of presentations and business reviews for management meetings.
