As Senior Workday Analyst, Payroll, you anchor our Workday Payroll environment and drive its evolution. You’ll translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, automate manual payroll tasks, and explore new features, including AI-driven capabilities. You’ll balance critical operations with strategic projects, partner closely with Payroll and HRIS stakeholders, and ensure a unified, compliant payroll experience as Stripe expands globally. This role offers meaningful impact by modernizing payroll and enabling broader growth.

• Partner with Payroll as the primary technical liaison for Workday solutions
• Lead end-to-end technical configuration and deployment of Workday Payroll changes
• Support onboarding of new payroll countries with configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer
• Stay current on Workday Payroll features and pilot them for Stripe
• Identify and redesign manual payroll processes using Workday automation or integrations
• Lead product-led strategic projects from discovery to deployment for Workday growth




• Influence Workday and HRIS best practices for scalable solutions
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex HCM, Payroll, and security issues
• Execute day-to-day project work including configurations, dashboards, and reports
• Maintain payroll compliance controls in partnership with Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit
• Share knowledge and escalate risks early to the team

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems
• 3+ years of deep configuration in Workday HCM, Reporting, Time and Absence, and Payroll
• Experience handling confidential information and critical business operations
• Strong interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders and escalation capability
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects under ambiguity and tight timelines
• Deep understanding of payroll processing, calculations, costing, retro payroll, reconciliations, and payroll security
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
