Experteer Overview
In this role, you help drive impact for clients in agriculture and nature by applying cutting-edge analytics and geospatial methods. You will split time between delivering client-facing insights and strengthening ACRE’s core analytical offerings. You contribute to nature-positive and food-system-related outcomes through data-driven strategies and real-time analytics. You join a collaborative, fast-learning environment with strong mentorship and integral peers, shaping solutions at scale.

• Deliver client impact using analytics and geospatial methods, remotely or on site
• Strengthen and develop core analytical offerings and algorithms for clients
• Provide insights to client service teams and within ACRE to support informed decisions
• Apply real-time data and advanced analytics/AI (predominantly predictive or geospatial) to agriculture and nature problems
• Design geospatial workflows and pipelines for data analysis; work with version control and collaboration tools
• Engage in multi-disciplinary teamwork, balancing client needs with internal capability building
• Participate in in-person trainings and learn from senior leaders to accelerate growth




• Travel to client sites up to 50% and attend global trainings

Responsabilidades
• Master's in a quantitative agriculture- or nature-related field
• Strong experience with agronomy/crop science, animal sciences and farm-level production systems, and/or nature- and natural-capital topics
• Geospatial and spatiotemporal analysis, remote sensing, image processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop creative, efficient solutions
• Clean, efficient coding in Python; experience with parallel processing and cloud computing
• Ability to design and develop geospatial workflows; proficiency with version-control u0026 collaboration tools
• Strong multitasking and parallel development abilities
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; collaborative and proactive mindset
• Creative, curious, and willing to take intellectual risks
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
