This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Global Partner Marketing based in Spain.
As the Manager, Global Partner Marketing, you will build and lead the marketing function that powers a global technology partner ecosystem.
You will shape the strategy, operating model, budget, and programs that enable partners to generate awareness, engagement, and revenue.
The role spans marketing to partners, through partners, and with partners across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
You will own initiatives ranging from partner communications and portal governance to MDF, co-marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
Working closely with senior alliances leaders and cross-functional marketing teams, you will turn ecosystem priorities into measurable pipeline and business impact.
This is a hands-on builder role where you will initially execute directly while establishing the processes, standards, and team needed to scale the function.

Accountabilities
Own the global partner marketing function, including strategy, budget, standards, operating model, resourcing, and the team structure required as the partner ecosystem grows.
Develop and maintain the annual General Partner Marketing Plan, defining investment allocation, pipeline targets, priorities, and marketing motions across partner tiers and geographies.
Act as the marketing counterpart to senior alliances leadership, helping shape ecosystem go-to-market strategy and leading quarterly planning and reporting.
Own measurement of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, MDF return on investment, partner portal adoption, engagement, and other relevant performance indicators.
