Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director of Product Management, Software to drive the growth and expansion of our Infrastructure management software portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills, including proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing product management teams.
This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

Own multi-quarter or multi-year product roadmaps and business cases of management software at Data center level
Hire, mentor, and scale organizations of product managers and leaders.
Execute business growth and oversee SW release decisions
Handle escalations related to Infrastructure management software
Qualifications:

15+ years’ experience in Datacenter Infrastructure Management technology with 10+ years of direct people leadership and P&L; roles.
Direct experience in business development of Datacenter Infrastructure software is required
Experience in a highly matrix global organization in similar scope/scale role
Significant experience in systems firmware, new product development, and program management (embedded firmware experience)
Proficiency in data center infrastructure, including servers, racks, cooling, power conversion, distribution, intelligent sof
