This role is responsible for ensuring high-volume creative production meets rigorous quality standards before assets reach customers.
You will serve as the final quality checkpoint for static performance ads across multiple DTC brands and advertising platforms.
Your focus will span copy accuracy, visual execution, brand consistency, and technical specifications.
Working closely with designers, strategists, and project managers, you will identify issues and provide clear, actionable feedback.
You will review a fast-moving stream of creative assets, with production volumes reaching up to 50 ads per day.
Beyond catching individual errors, you will document recurring issues and help strengthen QA processes over time.

Accountabilities




Review static advertising creatives before publication, ensuring copy, visuals, branding, and technical specifications meet quality standards.
Identify and correct typos, grammatical errors, punctuation issues, awkward phrasing, and inconsistencies across headlines, body copy, and calls to action.
Inspect visual execution, including alignment, spacing, typography, hierarchy, color usage, image quality, logo placement, and overall composition.
Cross-check creative assets against client-specific brand guidelines, ensuring fonts, colors, tone, and visual standards are applied consistently.
Verify dimensions, file formats, and placement specifications for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other advertising channels.
Provide designers and strategists with clear, specific, and actionable feedback on execution issues, broken layouts, low-resolution imagery, or off-brand elements.
