Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a PCB Project Manager to join our U.S. team. This role owns the monitoring and coordination of PCB New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) projects, ensuring clear communication between internal Operations and Asia-based teams, and driving timely follow-through so that project requirements are properly supported. The adecuado candidate takes ownership of project visibility, issue tracking, and cross-regional alignment while working in a collaborative,



fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor the progress of PCB New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) projects, tracking key milestones, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Maintain accurate project status trackers, schedules, and action logs; proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and drive appropriate follow-up or escalation.
Partner with the internal Operations team to clarify requirements and ensure they are clearly documented and communicated to supporting teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact with Asia-based teams for project requirements; own the communication loop to confirm understanding and drive timely support and responses.
Facilitate effective cross-regional collaboration, ensuring information flows accurately between U.S. relevant stakeholders and Asia-based team and that open items
