Job Description:
This is a role within the Castrol organization, and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.

About the role:
In this role you will monitor performance, provide analysis and insight, and to make interventions to help drive performance improvements in the local Supply Chain operations in Greece region. Also provide Support the Local Supply Chain teams and Castrol Europe Finance Manager regarding Supply Chain performance analysis and reporting,



continuously reviewing and addressing Supply Chain value chain efficiencies. Including Spain, Portugal, Romania, and Gibraltar as part of the scope based on the collection of countries.
Key accountabilities:
Performance Management
Provide accurate and timely MI, review and analyse financials, decision support, performance information and economic analytics to help improve performance in Supply Chain.
Supports the translation of financial and operational performance data to the businesses to help articulate the underlying delivery of actuals vs. latest forecasts on a monthly basis.
Responsible for supporting Planning, forecast and variance analysis (including warehousing & logistics where appropriate).
Monitors in-year performance via indicators using multiple lenses to provide qualitative insights and recommend and implement interventions where necessary e.g. changes to forecasting methodology.
