Your role and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical execution and coordination of BSI projects across all project phases, from tendering through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Steer and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
Lead and develop BSI sub-teams, supporting workforce planning and recruitment activities when required.
Act as the primary point of contact for all BSI-related matters, liaising with internal departments, headquarters, stakeholders, contractors, and external partners,



while representing the SF.VA site.
Communicate and deploy BSI technical specifications, standards, and project requirements to all relevant project participants.
Provide technical leadership and expert guidance to ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
Monitor project progress against established schedules, proactively identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to achieve ramp-up targets.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and quality risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and financial targets.
Consolidate and coordinate project reporting, providing accurate and timely updates to management and key stakeholders.
