As Senior Product Manager for Sovereign Services, you shape Vodafone’s sovereign operating model to meet EU regulatory and customer sovereignty needs. You will design, govern, deliver and assure an end-to-end model including people, processes, tooling, controls and partner arrangements. You’ll translate EU frameworks into actionable operating-model capabilities and work with cross-functional teams to embed sovereignty across services. You’ll engage customers for assurance and certification, maintaining the roadmap in a fast-changing regulatory landscape.

• Collaborate across Cyber Security, Legal u0026 Regulatory, Operations, local markets and technology portfolios to embed the model into delivery and run
• Ensure portfolio-wide consistency and smooth integration with local-market delivery and customer journeys
• Lead internal and external communications and act as a thought leader for service sovereignty
Responsabilidades
• Experience in operating-model design, service design or product management in Telco or IT
• Strong understanding of GDPR, NIS2, DORA, EU Data Act and related sovereignty frameworks
• Understanding of cyber security, data protection and governance/assurance practices
• Understanding of sovereign cloud/services controls (data residency, access control, encryption, key management)
• Experience with customers and auditors in assurance-focused roles and stakeholder management
• Ability to drive work in a matrix organization and deliver under tight timelines
