As Senior Product Manager for Sovereign Services, you will shape Vodafone’s sovereign operating model to meet EU regulatory and customer sovereignty needs. You’ll define end-to-end governance, delivery, controls, and partner arrangements, treating the model as a product that translates EU rules into actionable operating capabilities. You will drive customer trust through assurance, engaging with customers, legal, security, and procurement to capture requirements and provide evidence and certifications. You’ll collaborate across Cyber Security, Legal u0026amp; Regulatory, Operations, and product portfolios to embed the model and stay ahead of evolving regulations.

• Lead internal and external communications as a thought leader on service sovereignty
• Maintain roadmap to keep pace with evolving regulatory landscape and emerging sovereignty requirements in non-EU markets

Responsabilidades
• Experience in operating-model design, service design or product management within Telco or IT
• Strong understanding of EU digital-sovereignty regulation and frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, EU Data Act, EUCS/sovereignty schemes)
• Understanding of cyber security, data protection and compliance/assurance practices
• Understanding of sovereign cloud and sovereign services architecture and controls
• Excellent communicator with facilitation skills a plus
• Experience engaging with customers and auditors in assurance-focused roles
• Problem-solving ability with minimal supervision
