Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager. The adecuado candidate will work with a dynamic finance team to perform a variety of tax functions including developing, implementing, documenting, and defending the company's global transfer pricing policies across manufacturing, intellectual property, supply chain, services, and financing transactions. He/she is responsible to ensure meeting all filing tax deadlines and reporting requirements accurately.



The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. This position will be a member of the Finance team in the company’s headquarters located in San Jose, CA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To
• Manage the preparation and review of global transfer pricing documentation, including Master file, Local files, Country by Country Reporting, and Benchmarking studies
• Coordinate with external advisors and local finance teams to meet global compliance requirements
• Maintain transfer pricing policies and procedures across all jurisdictions
• Monitor intercompany transaction results and perform periodic transfer pricing true-ups
• Analyze transfer pricing implications of new products, business expansions, and operational changes
• Collaborate with the international tax team on GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credits, Pil
