The People Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the People function, ensuring efficient, consistent and scalable HR processes, systems and governance. The role combines People Operations expertise with data, technology and continuous improvement capabilities, supporting the evolution of the People operating model and the digitalisation and automation of HR processes.Responsibilities
People Operations & Process Excellence

Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency and a high-quality employee experience.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate HR processes across countries and business areas.
Define and monitor operational KPIs and service levels, ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuous improvement.
Support the development and implementation of the People operating model, including governance, roles and responsibilities and ways of working.

HR Systems, Digitalisation & Automation





Act as a key People representative in HR systems and digital transformation initiatives.
Drive the optimisation and governance of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data quality, process consistency and effective use of the platform.
Identify and implement opportunities for HR automation, AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
Work closely with IT, Digital and external providers on HR technology initiatives, integrations and process improvements.

People Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain People dashboards, reports and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
Translate People data into meaningful insights and recommendations for the People leadership team and business.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and appropriate governance across People reporting.
Support workforce planning and other strategic People analyses through robust data and reporting.
