From Winning Consulting, we are looking for Corporate FX Sales to join an important company in the financial services sector.
Location: Germany / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain
Working model: On site
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market
- Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions
- Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making
- Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification
- Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality
- Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams
- Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions

Requirements
- Experience in FX Sales, Corporate Sales, Treasury Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles




- Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services
- Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish + English
