Experteer Overview As RESH Site Leader, you drive the RESH strategy at site level to protect people and the environment while enabling business objectives. You lead the I Care journey, partner with the global RESH organization, and advise the leadership team on RESH topics to build a strong, sustainable safety culture. You establish goals, ensure compliance with legal and RESH standards, and oversee policies, training, audits, investigations, and record-keeping. You mentor teams on continuous improvement and manage the department budget.

- Accountable for RESH department budget
- Coach and educate the team with performance and consequence management

Responsabilidades
- University degree in relevant field preferred
- 5+ years experience on a production site
- 3+ years RESH management preferred
- Fluent English
- Ability to develop and drive strategies, set priorities and lead changes
- Strong skills in leading through others
- Ability to develop and implement RESH programs, conduct assessments and lead incident investigations
- Understanding of local, national and industry RESH regulations
