Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead onsite execution for Siemens Energy projects, ensuring delivery against schedule, budget, and quality. You will champion a Zero Harm safety culture and serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customers, authorities, and partners. You will manage deviations, risks, and changes while coordinating with project management and back-office teams to align with milestones. Your leadership will enable safe, efficient construction and commissioning in a multinational setting, contributing to decarbonization goals and energy delivery.

• Take overall responsibility for onsite execution within the Siemens Energy scope, delivering against quality, schedule, and financial targets
• Lead and promote Zero Harm culture by ensuring compliance with EHu0026S regulations and procedures on site
• Act as the onsite project management representative and primary contact for customers, authorities, contractors, partners, and consultants
• Manage deviations, risks, claims, corrective actions, and escalation topics impacting scope, budget, quality, or schedule




• Monitor project progress through cost reviews, schedule assessments, reporting activities, and closure of technical changes before key milestones

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in the construction of complex industrial projects, including EPC and/or consortium projects
• Minimum of 5 years onsite leadership experience in a major construction environment as Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Site Lead
• Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes, methodologies, and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations for complex construction projects
• Proven experience leading multinational teams with strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to work on construction sites both within and outside Germany
