Your Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and a smile.
Present menus and recommend food and beverages
Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks according to service standards
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests in a friendly manner
Operate the cash register and process payments
Support opening and closing routines and, when required, reconcile the cash register
Work with the company’s digital POS system, intranet, and booking system
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
Collaborate with colleagues in both kitchen and front of house to ensure smooth service
