Experteer Overview
As a Senior Mobility Specialist in Remote’s Onboarding and Mobility team, you’ll drive immigration compliance and global mobility for a worldwide talent base. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth border transitions and sponsor processes while sustaining compliant, scalable mobility programs. You’ll leverage automation and AI to improve service delivery and onboarding experiences. This is a pivotal, impact-driven role in a fast-growing, async, remote-first company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor cases using case management and billing systems
• Counsel on immigration processes and travel needs; serve as contact for sponsorship cases
• Provide legal guidance on immigration service delivery to clients
• Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists
• Assist leadership with large projects and dashboards to meet SLAs
• Improve in-house immigration services to boost revenue and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications
• Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators
• Contribute to training materials and rollouts for new services
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes and update internal docs
• Apply immigration knowledge to develop solution-based responses for complex cases
Responsabilidades
• Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments preferred
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Remote work experience a plus
• Automation and AI fluency
