Experteer Overview
As an Operational Excellence Analyst in GOX, you will drive data-driven improvements across EU Inbound Supply Chain. You’ll own data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and automated analytics to identify and resolve placement defects and transportation disruptions. You’ll build scalable models and self-service tools, enabling real-time insights for cross-functional partners. This role blends deep data engineering with operational analytics to reduce backlog and improve customer delivery. You’ll work across Andes/Redshift, Athena, S3, Python automation, and visualization platforms to inform leadership decisions and drive measurable impact.

• Own automated ETL pipelines and data infrastructure for Inbound Speed and DEA reporting
• Write advanced SQL against large warehouses (Andes/Redshift, Athena) for root-cause analysis of defects and delays
• Develop Python-based automation for data processing, anomaly detection, and reporting workflows
• Build statistical models to quantify impact of disruptions and backlog on delivery promises
• Design and maintain dashboards and self-service tools (QuickSight, automated reports) for proactive problem detection




• Drive data-backed process improvements and influence decision-making across levels
• Perform large-scale data mining across Redshift, Athena, and DynamoDB to identify network patterns
• Collaborate with tech teams to translate findings into system requirements and changes
• Develop automated data quality checks and monitoring for critical metrics
• Enable front-line teams with tools to surface defects, track corrective actions
• Write and optimize SQL queries to trace missed delivery promises to root causes
• Maintain scheduled data transformations for automated reporting
• Monitor alerting systems and triage operational issues in real time
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership with quantified impact
• Partner with BI Engineers, PMs, and Finance Analysts on scalable metrics frameworks
• Define data requirements and validate system changes through pre/post analysis
• Document and scale analytical solutions from raw ingestion to insight delivery

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Math, Engineering, Science or Business (or equivalent)
• 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering within operations/supply chain
