As Business Development Manager - Indirect Channel, you drive growth in Orthopaedics by managing distributors and agents to accelerate market penetration and profitability. You will lead strategic negotiations and define channel strategies in Madrid and North Spain. The role combines commercial leadership with adoption of advanced technologies, including robotics, across cross-functional teams. You help shape the Orthopaedics business through data-driven insights and KPI-driven execution. This is a high-impact position within a transforming orthopaedics ecosystem powered by innovation.

• Define and execute the indirect channel strategy to accelerate growth and profitability
• Identify Orthopaedics opportunities and related technologies
• Lead complex commercial negotiations to maximize value
• Design and implement KPIs, incentives, and acceleration plans
• Drive Orthopaedics growth through the channel and promote technology adoption (robotics)
• Prepare TPIs to promote and drive adoption of solutions




• Lead evolution of the channel model and manage distributor/agent conversations
• Improve efficiency, scalability, and productivity through standardized operating models
• Track performance with KPIs and data analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Market Access, Finance and Operations

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in business development, sales or channel management
• Proven track record in commercial growth and negotiations
• Experience in Orthopaedics (hip and knee prosthesis valued)
• Growth mindset and results orientation

• Advanced Excel
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Based in Madrid with up to 70% travel
