Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth of the decorative range in the Iberian project market, acting as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will identify and cultivate project opportunities, ensure products are specified in upcoming projects, and coordinate cross‑functional actions from product management to sales. Expect regular travel across Spain and Portugal while working remotely from your home office, ideally Madrid. You will shape product launches and partnerships, delivering visible impact for the decorative solutions portfolio.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify new business opportunities via databases, networks, social media, trade fairs and events
• Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities
• Maintain and update CRM (C4C) with relevant information
• Coordinate product portfolio initiatives across Planning, Ru0026D and Marketing
• Track milestones for new product launches and ensure readiness
• Collaborate with pricing, positioning and launches with sales colleagues




• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and develop new relationships in the decorative project market
• Visit customers and prospects regularly, acting as trusted advisor with technical and commercial guidance and training

Responsabilidades
• Degree in a technical or commercial field
• At least 5 years B2B experience in development or value-added products in a technically challenging environment
• Strong commercial mindset and customer-focused attitude
• Confident communicator and negotiator with structured, autonomous working style
• Affinity with technical products and willingness to deepen product knowledge
• Team player with ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
• Based in the Iberian region, ideally Madrid
• Fluent Spanish and very good English, comfortable in an international organization
