Experteer Overview
You lead the end-to-end product vision for Customer Due Diligence at N26, shaping automated data collection, AI-driven KYC operations, and risk-based EDD within a real-time identity lifecycle. You bridge applied AI, financial crime regulations, and UX to deliver compliant, low-friction experiences across Europe. You collaborate with operations, MLROs, and other product teams to solve real problems with auditable, scalable capabilities. This role offers strategic ownership, high impact, and the chance to influence a trusted, digital-first bank. You’ll work in a diverse, innovative environment and lead a small, growing team.

• Own a defined capability area (e.g., Customer Identity Lifecycle) including roadmap, delivery, and outcomes
• Lead discovery grounded in regulatory requirements and data-driven problem statements
• Understand and roadmap compliance with evolving regulations (e.g., AMLA)
• Define and defend key metrics and counter-metrics to guide prioritisation
• Collaborate with operations, MLROs, and cross-functional teams to ensure practical solutions
• Incorporate compliance, auditability,



and client protection into system design

• Own audit findings and ensure timely closure

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and end-to-end ownership of a shipped product or major capability
• Deep experience in regulated fintech or banking environments (KYC, AML, EDD, identity lifecycle)
• Proven ability delivering in-house automation or applied AI/ML workflows that reduce customer friction
• Strong regulatory navigation and governance skills, partnering with MLROs, Compliance, Legal, and auditors
• High data fluency with proven ability to build and defend metric ecosystems
• Executive presence with excellent English communication and cross-functional influence
