As part of ABB Robotics, you drive the employee lifecycle for the DACH region, ensuring precise data handling and a seamless “One Robotics” experience across legacy ABB and SoftBank teams. You partner on Workday governance, benefits, and compensation processes to support payroll accuracy and compliance. You’ll play a pivotal role in integrating operations during the standalone transition, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. This role offers impact across onboarding, changes, and offboarding while shaping scalable HR processes.

• Lifecycle management for key employee events (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
• Manage contract generation, background checks, and Day 1 readiness
• Oversee Workday governance as SME for regional processes and data accuracy
• Benefits administration liaison with brokers and providers




• Support Total Rewards during annual cycles with data audits and communications
• Ensure compliance with local labor law and audit standards
• Process harmonization to align legacy ABB with SoftBank activities for the standalone org.

Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services across multiple countries (DACH experience a plus)
• Advanced Experience in Workday HCM and navigating BP flows and reporting
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and its impact on payroll and benefits
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, transitions or carve-outs is advantageous
• Ability to explain complex HR policies and system requirements clearly
• English and German language proficiency
