Задачи:
- Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle for potential publishers, including lead identification, qualification, value proposition development, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline using a CRM system
- Identify opportunities and leads via communication platforms
- Develop monthly and quarterly growth plans for the portfolio of new clients
- Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Detect client business needs and recommend matching yield strategies
- Recommend best ad placements across various ad formats and technologies
- Support clients during the onboarding phase in coordination with other departments
- Recommend placement optimizations and features
- Keep up to date with the latest market news and industry trends

Требования:




- Fluent English and Russian
- Proven experience in business development, CRM management, or lead management with a track record of new business acquisition and customer retention
- Expertise in CRM systems and tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision‑making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of online pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPA) and ad monetization strategies
- Advanced use of Google Sheets, including formulas and macros
- Nice to have: Proficiency in additional languages
