Responsibilities:

- Support performance tracking and contribute to team initiatives.
- Help onboard businesses and guide them through the setup process.
- Learn and share knowledge about regional verification practices.
- Take part in varied tasks in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

- C2 level of English.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
- Clear communication skills and strong organizational habits.




- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
- 1.5 years Experience in compliance or verification roles is desirable.
- General knowledge of home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
