Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability while balancing stock levels and service. You will monitor inventory, trends, and forecasts, using data to inform planning decisions and anticipate supply issues. You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Logistics to align priorities and drive efficient supply chain execution. You will identify risks, report on performance, and contribute to continuous improvement that improves service levels. This is a hybrid, cross-functional role at a integral beauty company with focus on inventory health and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management or similar role
• Experience working with SAP ERP
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis and reporting)
• Advanced English (C1 or higher)
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (B1 or higher)
