Experteer Overview In this role you will drive growth for Google Cloud solutions in the EMEA region from Barcelona. You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid setup and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong customer journey. You’ll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and manage ongoing accounts to hit pipeline and conversion KPIs. This is a scale-focused, international opportunity with relocation support and a performance-based bonus. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Identify and develop new business opportunities via outbound campaigns • Execute daily outbound calls and emails including cold calling to decision-makers • Qualify prospects and align their needs with cloud solutions • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce • Achieve individual and team KPIs for pipeline and conversions • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey • Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly Responsabilidades • C2 level Norwegian and C1 level English • Bachelor or equivalent practical experience • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven • Understanding of the DACH market, including business culture and practices • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations Requisitos principales • relocation support • private health insurance • hybrid work model • career development opportunities and certifications • modern office at World Trade Center Barcelona • international and inclusive work environment
