Your mission is to build the operational foundation that allows WICK MONSTERS to grow without compromising speed, quality or creativity.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Operational Structure: Build the company's operational structure. Define roles, workflows and priorities that enable sustainable growth.
Processes & SOPs: Implement operating procedures, monitoring systems and professional tools that improve efficiency across the business.
Production & Sourcing: Work directly with manufacturing partners in China. Coordinate product development, sampling and production timelines.
Logistics & Warehousing: Manage daily operations with warehouses in China and international logistics partners. Oversee inventory, shipments, incidents and replenishment.
Drops, Launches & Events: Coordinate product launches, campaigns, PR activities and brand activations.
Organisation & Scalability: Identify operational bottlenecks. Desig
