Coches.net, Motos.net and Milanuncios.com are among the leading online marketplaces in Spain, connecting millions of buyers and sellers every month. We're looking for an exceptional Data Analyst to help us understand that audience at scale spotting the trends, opportunities and friction points that shape how we improve our products and services.

You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with Product Owners, cluster teams, data engineers and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, BizDev and Operations. You'll have real autonomy to define your own analyses, propose new lines of investigation, and see your insights turned into decisions that reach millions of users.

What you'll do

- Identify, analyse and interpret KPIs and health metrics related to our users and customers, building dashboards and visualisations to monitor them.
- Spot trends, risks and opportunities, and turn them into concrete recommendations to improve the different initiatives across the vertical.
- Generate high-impact insights using advanced analytics to deepen our understanding of users and customers.

- Actively contribute to the discovery and development of advanced analytical models — such as clustering and predictive models — and their implementation in real business use cases, including customer segmentation and propensity models for upselling, downselling and churn prediction.
- Work day-to-day with a modern data stack (including tools like Databricks and Airflow), with room to grow your skills in data engineering and big data as the role evolves.

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or an online company.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis (e.g. pandas, numpy, matplotlib) and analytics (e.g. scikit-learn).
- Experience with at least one visualisation tool such as Tableau and/or QlikSense.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting data, extracting relevant insights, and translating business questions into analytical needs.

Nice to have
- Experience working with sales, operations and strategy teams.
- Knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms (e.g. clustering, classification, regressions).
- Some experience with big data technologies (e.g. Databricks, data lakes).
- Some knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g. Airflow, DBT).
