In this role you drive the adoption of NVIDIA technologies by engaging the EMEA AI Natives developer ecosystem. You act as a technical advisor, advocate, and program leader, connecting engineers, partners, and product teams to accelerate high-performance AI and compute workloads. You’ll shape enablement resources, onboard partners, and influence roadmaps through field insights. This is a chance to combine deep tech leadership with strategic partner programs in a fast-growing domain.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for the EMEA AI Natives developer ecosystem across multi-functional partners
• Demonstrate solutions that accelerate workloads by integrating the NVIDIA stack into products, platforms, and pipelines
• Guide technical enablement resources (sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines) for real-world applications
• Onboard and integrate partners and startups into NVIDIA programs to foster co-innovation
• Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and inform roadmaps
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management,



and marketing to boost engagement and adoption
• Engage with partner engineering teams and decision-makers to align goals and solve technical challenges
• Advocate for partner needs to internal teams and influence product roadmaps through field insights

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of professional experience in technology, with 5+ years in the designated ecosystem
• Proven history leading and scaling developer programs at major tech companies or ISVs
• Strong technical proficiency in HPC, cloud, AI/ML, and relevant frameworks/libraries
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience leading technical collaborations including architecture design, code reviews, mentorship, and technical talks/workshops
• Ability to manage complex engagements with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, legal, product, marketing)
