In this role you build and scale production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and transform how enterprises operate. You work across product, research, and platform teams to evolve our ADLC and ship reliable, scalable agents in production. You collaborate with large enterprises and innovative startups to solve real business challenges at scale. You help shape Sierra’s platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools. This is a high-impact, customer-focused role at a fast-growing AI company.
