and resolve incidents through the ticketing systemEscalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendorsEnsure timely resolution as per SLA requirementsRequired Skills & Experience:1-3 years of experience in Network Support / Network EngineeringStrong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)Hands-on experience with routers, switches, xqysrnh and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)Basic knowledge of network security principlesExperience with VPN and remote access technologiesFamiliarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systemsRelevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plusStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood communication and customer-handling skillsAbility to work independently in an on-site environment
